There comes a time in between winter break in which I decide to curl up to my favorite chick flicks, and of course Sex and the City is one of them. However, there is a scene in the movie in which I can’t help but tear up. 

Yes, the scene after Big leaves Carrie at the wedding and they meet on a one way street and she decides to hit him with white roses. The part where I cry is when after destroying the roses on Big’s chest, she runs and hugs Charlotte. The sad look on Charlottes face just reminds me how much we can hurt when we see our lifetime friends in pain ( and yes I know it is just a movie) but that scene captures friendship in such a magical way. Our gal pals will never forsake us….(except when you wear print awkwardly) Example below: 

On a happier note, the gown used for the film was spectacular.
